Kravits is an online directory that connects families seeking elder care support with professionals who provide such services. We are a platform — we do not provide elder care services directly. We facilitate introductions between families and providers but are not a party to any agreements or relationships between them.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. For Families

If you use Kravits to find elder care providers:

• The Service is provided free of charge
• We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any provider
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any provider
• Any agreements or payments between you and providers are solely between those parties

5. For Providers

If you are an elder care professional using Kravits:

• You represent that all information in your profile is accurate and current
• You hold all necessary licenses and credentials to provide the services you list
• You will maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• You will respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You will not misrepresent your services, experience, or qualifications

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any provider profile at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, unprofessional conduct, or violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kravits or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content to Kravits (including profiles, referrals, and messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY PROVIDER'S SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAVITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTIONS WITH PROVIDERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kravits, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Kravits.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
